K-9 Country Inn (K9CI) Working service dogs is, a not-for-profit organization, Registration# 1197814-1 K9CI has been newly founded in 2020 to help meet the need of service dogs required by our Emergency Medical Service Personnel.  Our goal is to train and provide assistance dogs to change the lives of those who have given so much to our Canadian communities. Before becoming K9CI, K-9 Country Inn successfully trained assistance dogs since 2013 for PTSD post-traumatic stress disorder, peripheral and central balance disorders, autism, and mobility.   Today, K9CI faces increased demands to train dogs for all First Responders, including dispatch officers, and nurses. These first responders have dedicated their lives to serving Canadians. Now it is Canada’s turn to give back and thank them for all that they do to keep us safe.  K9CI also provides dogs to members of our community, to whom a service dog would greatly improve their quality of life.

You can feel confident that your donation will be put to good and immediate use to help place specially trained service dogs to first responders and civilians in need.  It costs between $25,000 and $40,000 to raise, train, and place one service dog; however, because of your donations, we will be able to place dogs with people in need.

K9CI Working Service Dogs relies on contributions from generous individuals, corporations, service clubs, and foundations who support the work we do. Your donations are tremendously valuable to our program and we cannot continue the work we do without your help.

If you have any questions about making a donation to K9CI Working Service dogs, please call (905) 801-5512

We are a small non-profit and your pennies really count – please support us and donate!

We rely on donations to purchase and train dogs, to support our dog trainers and volunteers and to cover the costs of dog equipment, service dog vests, and veterinary fees. One of our goals is to raise funds for a vehicle to pick up clients that are unable to drive or use public transit to get to our training facilities.
